Castle of Frozen Rain

           Ehem. Well i know i havent been updating my blog in some time now. Because i havent got much to say since i havent got much to do during the holidays. Looking back, time has past so fast and now it’s already December. That means we still have only one month of holidays before school re-opens. Ah…a new chapter of our life will start then. A life where we are the seniors in school. No more Menengah Rendah. But before that ofcourse, there’s a very painful, emotional and somewhat exciting moment waiting to happen on 22nd of December. The day when all Form 3 are to go to school to pick up our PMR result. I’m not exactly sure what I feel about it, but I know I’ll pray hard that a get straight A’s ofcourse.

             During this holiday, I havent done much that count as useful, for myself, others and the community(ewahh…). Let’s see what I’ve done. I’ve attended English and BM tuition(English tuition just ended). I’ve went out to "yamcha" a few times. I’ve also gone to hit some shuttlecocks with a bunch of my friends, but half a dozen girls gathering at one place doesnt always mean we can do much except gossip

            Well i cant think of anything else that has impacted my life much during much of November. Hmm…i even skipped my service at the church a few times. All the other time i had been eating(gained a lot of weight), sleeping and watching television. The same answer my friends gave me when i asked them what they did. Ofcourse a few of them had followed their family members outstation. Then, when they come back to Kluang, the same routine pretty much comtinued.

            Oh, then there’s our Convent friend Jasmine who came back to Kluang too. She moved to Seremban earlier. Welcome back, Jas!

           Since I’ve got so much free time on my hands, I took out my year old classical guitar that had been hidden underneath an inch of dust. I have been practising it for a few weeks now and to my amazement(seriously!) I’m better at playing it than when I used to have guitar class which is kind of like two years old. So I kind of shocked myself that I can still actually play the guitar. Not really good, just better ;D

          I guess I’ll stop here and stop babbling all about myself. Lastly(oohhh like essay), I wish good luck to all SPMers. Its now time for you guys to relax… And lets see how I will fare with 10 subjects on my hand…

          Edit: I forgot to say thanks to my dear friend Sia Geok Lih for all the comments on my poems. Its doensnt’ really matter if you dont like them or anything. I’m just happy that someone would actually read them. My thoughts and feelings that I put together to rhyme. I cant really help you to understand them. What matter is what it means to you. If it means nothing then let it be :D    Thank you very very much for reading them!!!

Hey. I’m back from vacationing in Genting! Nothing much there. But so many people there! So crowded! Sheesh! We have to wait for 45 mins for every ride at the outdoor theme park. What a complete waste of time! And em i have updated some pics on my Flickr account. If you want to see the pics just click the link the right of your screen. And i’ve just been really bored at home. Ok. Here’s another poem i wrote about the same time when i wrote "My Confession". You might think the ending is a little weird but i left it like that for you to guess who is it that called out to her. Was it Jamie? Was it her parents? Her friends? It’s up to you to decide the ending.

My Suicide

Jamie said he fell in love

With this amazing girl

He praised her beauty

And her wonderful attitude

He said she was lovely

And I should meet her one day

I just nodded to agree

But regretted in dismay

He said they are going on a date

Maybe on this Friday

“Why so soon?” I simply said

He replied, “I miss her so much, I’d die!”

I walked back home from school alone

Ever since Jamie fell deeply in love

I was lonely with all my friends

Even if Jamie was really there

But with his new girlfriend by his side

I felt jealousy boiling inside

Why was I so stupid all this while?

Having a crush on my best friend in silence

I should have told him from the start

But I was afraid of falling apart

If he wanted to end our friendship

Because I demanded another kind of friendship

Now it’s too late for me

Jamie’s heart is no longer with me

He is now flying freely like a bird

Yet, I’m not letting myself move forward

Because I’m so deeply hurt

I lost my one and only love

The true meaning of my life

Now I’m not worth anything

So maybe I should die

As I sit in my little room

In solitude I cry

And I hold tightly the sharp knife

I think of the pain Jamie gave me

Thinking it’s greater than if I die in pain

I place the knife on my neck and press it

My blood is pouring down like rain

I’m not sure if I’m conscious as I lay on the floor

I listen as there is a faint knock on the door

“Janet, I love you!” are the last words before

I can breathe no more.

My Confession

Janie held my hand

And told me a secret

She shot her boyfriend

With a loaded gun

That she’s still keeping

In his apartment

No one was there

No one saw it

As their argument

Slowly heated

She got angry

And she pulled it

The trigger went off

And knocked him unconscious

He laid motionless

In his own pool

Of blood

As Janie watched

In disgust

She locked the door

And ran away

And in my arms she stayed

She cried in sadness

“But he was a jerk”,

she said

I couldn’t do anything

But comfort her that day

For I know

I will be the one

To turn her in

And she will be sorry

For killing my fiancé

She shot him and he died

        Hey! Im sorry for not updating my blog fer some time now. Cant blame me cuz i got PMR ok! Before this i was so busy having to prepare fer the exam. On tuesday still got two more papers to go but look at me! Posting messages on my blog! I should have know better eh? b          Aik! So like the holidays are hurre! And last week i did my trial exam which i think is the one of the most horrid one i’ve ever did. I barely revise anything! Darn!

         I hadnt been working on my poems lately because im just too buzy! Yay. Got some stuff to do. Tomorrow have to attend Leo’s Installation then gotta practice my sketch fer Interact and have to get ready by sunday. I’m alittle sick today after attending PTK at 5 this morning!!!

Hey. Well PMR trial exam is coming. And there’s this hari koko. Im sure lots of form 3 students arent going… But i have to. Gotta help out Interact, Choir and Renjer. Grr. So many things to do! Why cant they just put the trial exam after the holiday! Cant they think! Hello! We are not superhumans!!!!
